just finished running... went with naresh, and samuel lee, lol... was like super hard to run but at the end, i had a super gd time, cos i completed like 3 k without stoppin!!!!! wah~ lol... so den i killed myself and ate a big mac with lotsa fries...

will wanna do it soon... and asap.. cos i need to train harder and more!!!!!
Have IPPT in 1 months time.. on 8 DEC... 5 days b54 my b'dae.. sighz..
